The NT1431 is a state-of-the-art binocular night vision device. Robust, modern and extremely economical. With the A2 variant, the housing has been optimized again in terms of function and stability. In addition to an improved auto-gating function, a manual gain function is now also available. An integrated IR illuminator with an internal status display is already integrated into the bridge.
Depending on the version, the weight of the NT1431 A2 is less than 500 g.
The lightweight, fiberglass-reinforced housing is extremely durable. High-quality PVS-14 eyepieces and lenses ensure high detail sharpness and individual diopter adjustment.
On request, the NT1431 A2 is available with the latest Photonis 4G+ Onyx 2400FOM tubes. With the manual gain function, the brightness/amplification of the tubes can be regulated using the rotary pushbutton. As usual, the user has a deactivatable, sensor-controlled switch-off function when folding up. An integrated IR illuminator with an internal status display is already integrated in the bridge.
As the first device in Europe, also for private use, the NT1431 A2 has orig. US MIL-SPEC lenses and eyepieces which ensure the highest sharpness of detail right into the edge area. This creates an extremely pleasant and clear picture, which is free of distortions and bulges. The device remains ITAR-free!
The NT1431 A2 is assembled according to the strictest US specifications and collimated on the most modern test equipment.
An AA battery supplies the device with electricity for up to 16 hours. An optional battery compartment takes four 1.5V AA batteries and extends the runtime to up to 60 hours. The battery compartment is equipped with a 360° IR strobe.
With a simple push button, the device can be operated effortlessly, intuitively, even in stressful situations. Lenses and eyepieces are equipped with a non-slip knurling and can also be operated with gloves. The battery compartment cover can be opened and closed without tools.
Flip Up Shut Off
The NT1431 has a sensor-controlled switch-off function when flipped up. When folding down, the electronics ensure a late switch-on time to prevent the user from being illuminated.
Binocular rotating design
For more comfortable carrying when folded up, the monoculars can be swiveled to the helmet, which greatly reduces the leverage. When the night vision goggles are folded down, the monoculars can be swung up individually when they are not needed. A stop screw ensures that when the monoculars are swiveled down, they return to their original position.
Performance for every application
Depending on the application, the night vision device is equipped with Generation 2+ or Generation 3 tubes. Photonis 4G+ tubes are available as the most powerful variant of the Generation 2+, with approx. 2400 FOM.
Thermal imaging supplement
To increase performance, the NT1431 can be supplemented with an F-COD, Fused Clip On device.

NT1431 - Alpha
Specially designed for hunting or non-official use and manufactured on our behalf, these tubes represent a very good price / performance ratio and offer entry into the NT1431 class. This is a classic Generation 2+ tubes from Photonis in the range of 20 S / N and 60-65 lp / mm. The NT1431 Alpha thus represents a solid basic equipment for the hunter and with an additional infrared brightener he is well equipped for extreme conditions.
NT1431 - Bravo
Specially designed for hunting but also for official use and manufactured on our behalf, these tubes represent the optimum in terms of price / performance ratio.
This is a classic Generation 2+ tubes from Photonis in the range 22-26 S / N and around 64 lp / mm. Due to the stronger tubes, it offers more reserves even under poor light conditions and thus a calmer and brighter picture.
NT1431 - Charlie
The spearhead is the new NT1431 Charlie and is equipped with the most powerful tubes available on the civil market. The tubes that are used here are from the Photonis Echo family and, thanks to new technology, offer better image quality and better light amplification (gain). As a result, they generate a very bright and calm image even under extremely poor conditions. The Charlie tubes have S / N values from 25-30 limit! These special tubes are comparable to US Gen3 tubes in terms of performance (in contrast to these, however, shock-resistant up to 500 g).
NT1431 - Delta
The NT1431 Delta is a device designed for government agencies that even outperforms Charlie in terms of performance and image errors. The tubes used here are from the Photonis Echo + family and, thanks to new technology, offer better image quality and better light amplification (gain). As a result, they generate a very bright and calm image even under extremely poor conditions. The Delta tubes have S / N values from 26 or 28 and partly break the 30 limit or these tubes typically have around 2,000FOM. in individual cases the value can rise to 2,400FOM. In terms of performance, these special tubes are comparable to US Gen3 tubes (in contrast to these, however, shock-resistant up to 500 g).
NT1431 - 4G
The NT1431 4G is a device designed for authorities, which meets all Mil-Spec requirements and can even surpass the Delta in terms of performance and image errors. The tubes that are used here offer better image quality and better light amplification (gain) thanks to new technology. As a result, they generate a very bright and calm image even under extremely poor conditions. The 4G tubes have S / N values from 28 and partly break the 30 limit and around 64- 72 lp / mm. Typically these tubes have around 2,000 FOM. In individual cases, the value can rise to 2,400FOM. These special tubes are comparable to US Gen3 tubes in terms of performance (in contrast to these, however, shock-resistant up to 500 g).
NT1431 - 4G +
As the spearhead of the European tube manufacturers, the Photonis 4G + is available for the government market. This achieves FOM values of 2300. A correspondingly higher gain offers a clear, low-noise and detailed image. The standard autogating function ensures consistently good quality even if light suddenly appears. The 4G+ tubes have the value of 30 S / N and around 72 lp / mm.
NT1431 - XD4
Available on request. The NT1431 with an XD4 tube is a pure Mil-Spec device. For small quantities, we recommend the NT1431 Bravo, which offers a comparable performance.
NT1431 - XR5
Available on request. The NT1431 with an XR5 tube is a pure Mil-Spec device. For small quantities we recommend the NT1431 Bravo or Charlie which offers a comparable performance.
